Alright, I know it has been way too long since I've updated, and I have so much to write about, I almost don't even know where to begin.
When I left for Iowa, the house had just been drywalled and taped. However, since then, the exterior has been painted, the landscaping has been started in the front, and the inside has changed drastically! The walls have been textured and painted. The trim is all on. The doors have been hung. The hard floors (tile and linoleum) are down. The toilets and bathtubs are in place. The cabinets are in. The counters are on. The sinks and faucets are set. The light fixtures have been hung. And, the switch plates and outlet plates are all in place. Plus, the stain is on the railings!
Woo hoo! There's not much more to do! Anthony stopped by yesterday and said that the garage door opener was also working! I know we need mirrors, door knobs, and carpet, but other than that, there is just not a lot more to do! So exciting!
Here are a few pictures of the progress, and I promise I'll get some pictures and stories of the girls and our Iowa adventures!
