Biker Chick

Santa brought Isabella a bike for Christmas.




We brought it downstairs for her to practice before we dealt with the pressures of being outside. In two days, she's gotten pretty proficient. The bike is just a little too big for her, but I think Santa thought she could grow into it. Santa knows best.




Here's a video of her cruising in the basement. Her idea of braking at the end is interesting. Her sister was pretty excited too.

Hungry Little Bunny

Isabella has learned so much in preschool. Before the Christmas break she learned this little poem. Throughout the winter, without any notice, she will break into rhyme! I have included the words to the poem so that you are not left wondering what she is saying!



Funny little snowman
Had a carrot nose
Along came a bunny
And what do you suppose?

That little hungry bunny
Looking for his lunch
Ate that little snowman nose
Nibble, nibble, crunch!

Obviously I have too much time on my hands, but I have had this song in my head for almost a week now, and I had to do something with it! Not my best work, but fun nonetheless!

A Little Roly Poly!

Isabella finally learned how to roll over right before Easter. Now she rolls EVERYWHERE!!! Life as we knew it has completely changed FOREVER! Gone are the days of putting her down in the Jungle Gym and accomplishing simple tasks...like laundry! Notice how tired she gets!!!
