My New Favorite Thing

It snowed again today. The second time this week! While the girls were taking their naps, I decided to make some homemade hot chocolate mix. It just seemed like the right thing to do.

When Isabella came out of her room after her nap, she had her jammies on. And I knew what we needed to do.

I quickly dug through the Christmas boxes and found the Polar Express DVD. She pulled up a chair, and we made my special hot chocolate that includes marshmallows and chocolate chips. The we sat together, sipped our hot chocolate, and watched Polar Express!

Is there any better way to spend a cloudy, snowy Thursday afternoon? I think not!
