It's so hard for me to believe, but it's Catherine's First Birthday today! One year ago we were at the hospital and Isabella was reluctantly meeting her new baby sister for the first time. I am hoping that I'll get up the energy (and make the time) to post a few shots from those first precious moments, but for now, here is a look back at Catherine over the past year. I actually did it, and took her picture every month in her car seat! We were just at the doctor, and Catherine is weighing in at 16 pounds and 13 ounces, which puts her in the 3rd percentile, which she owns! The big news is that she's 27 and a half inches long, which is in the 10th percentile. A big gain from her 9 month appointment where she was hanging on in the 3rd percentile for her height also. Since she's only 16 pounds, Catherine will remain rear-facing in the car seat for awhile longer...
For dinner tonight we'll be dining on Calzones, cupcakes, and whole milk! No more formula! It's like getting a raise - sort of...
Thank you again for all of your prayers over this past year. Catherine has sure needed them, and we have too.

Happy Birthday Catherine!!! I was just thinking yesterday that her birthday would be coming up :) I loved all the pictures, what a cutie pie you have there!!! Hope she had a wonderful evening and got to eat CAKE!!!
