Isabella has been working on her spoon skills. She does well when the food is thick and chunky, but the runny stuff still poses a slight challenge. The other thing she's working on is not throwing her food over the edge of the highchair when she's done. For these two reasons, Anthony and I should have been keeping a closer eye on her while she was eating yogurt.
She was doing fine, figuring out the cherry yogurt and spoon, when I heard Anthony give her a stern NO! It's never a good sign when daddy says no, so I ran over to see what had happened. What I found made me stop and count to 10 before saying anything.
She had thrown her cup of yogurt over the side. The good news is that it landed upright. The bad news is that along the way, the yogurt had made a trail of purple yogurt spots from her highchair, all the way to the wall, and then half way up the wall.
Hmmm....

Hmmmm. . .Or ummmmmmy! Just kidding! It is a tiny bit funny, although I may have had to count a little higher then 10- or walked away and let daddy deal!
I agree with Emily - I would have had to walk away...far, far away...
Have I ever mentioned I'm a little OCD about messes?? :)
