Mama's Little Helper
So, I finally convinced Anthony that we should get the Sunday paper. I PROMISED him that I would be faithful at clipping coupons. On Monday, I decided that I better make good on my promise, so I pulled out the slightly damp paper, and dug around until I found the coupons. Isabella had been busy playing with toys, but once she heard the crinkle, she scooted right on over to help. You can see that she was very busy looking at the adds. She "tore" a few coupons for me, and sucked on the paper!
On Tuesday morning, we got up and at 'em and were at the store by 9:00 am! Our refrigerator was bare, and we were in desperate need of milk, so off I went, baby and list in hand. Usually, Isabella is my list holder, and she has always done a great job! She's not to be trusted with the pen, but the list, she loves! However, right when we arrived in the produce department, I handed Isabella the list while I was bagging up the apples, and before I realized what had happened, she had sucked a chunk of my list right off. I attempted the mama finger swipe in her mouth, but it was no good. She had already gummed and swallowed the list! I was left with only the last 2 letters of about 4 items on the list. So, sorry, Anthony, if I didn't get something on the list. I couldn't remember everything!
