Have you ever wondered what one eighth of a cow looks like? I hadn't really either, until we decided to buy one. Our friends, Jacob and Autumn, had recently purchased an entire butchered cow. We had been talking for quite some time about buying a deep freezer, but needed something to go in it! After a few questions and answers, we found ourselves picking up our new chest freezer and filling it with 59 pounds of beef! We not only have 25 pounds of ground beef, but we've got roasts, steaks, and even ribs! Guess what we're having for dinner!!!
